Ive been playing on FTP for a while, and in there T&C it says the use of programs such as spade eye or other table scanning programs are prohibited. Is this one of those things that is banned/illegal but everyone does anyway or are there any cases of FTP closing accounts/confiscating funds because people used these programs? I always assumed the majority of regs used such programs.
You cross the line with shared databases. Programs like the table scanner addon to holdem manager and table scan turbo are considered ok because they only use the data in your database whereas the banned ones use centralized databases
