table positioning on screen by position at table

hey guys, i started to 8 tabling zoom and thought about little improvement which would make it little bit easier.
does some program like this exist, or do i need to make my own?
there would be 6 positions (like when you tile 6 tables at screen)
1 > 2 > 3
4 > 5 > 6
EP > MP > CO
BTN > SB > BB
and tables of same position will be stacked under.
i just looked how hand histories are created and actual hand is saved in folder right after it finishes, so how is possible for poker tracker or holdem manager HUD working in real time.
how does they figure it out where my position is?
help would be appreciated
