Switching to HEM from PT3 - can I bring my stats with me?

The title pretty much says it all. I'm getting a new computer, and have decided to switch to HEM (2+2 reviews seem better, I want positional stats now, PT3 keeps crashing on me and putting me on lifetilt).
I'm not too good when it comes to understanding computers. Is there a way I can get stats from all the hands I have played and recorded from PT3 into HEM on my new computer? Sorry if this is a stupid question...

You can export your hands in pokertracker3 then re-import them into HEM.
To export your hands to a text file(s):
Open Poker Tracker
Click on Database (in the toolbar)
Select Database management
Select the database that you want to export
Click on "Export"
locate the directory you wish to export to
and Poker Tracker will automatically export those hands into the directory you chose.
Re import them into HEM
