Hello... i need a script. I've unfortunatly lost all my hand history. I requested a complete one to pokerstars but they sent me just 6 .txt files with inverted hands order. I tried to import them in holdemmanager but i couldn't. Could anyone with a knowledge create a script to make this kind of files good to be imported in holdemmanager or pt3 please? Thank you

If you email pokerstars and ask for all your old hand histories and tournament summaries, they will send the hands in zip files and the summaries attached as .HTM files. Unzip the hands to new folders and Import From Folder with HM. Then Import From Files and point to the summaries.

I tried to ask them my hands in .xml format. But they told me they could send just in .txt. I don't know why. Anyway i forgot to point that i play on pokerstars.it... Just because Italy wants to catch more money from poker with pokerstars fees i think. Our access has been denied to ps.com.
Theorically it shouldn't be so difficult create a script as i requested... is it? Thank you anyway

ok now i tried again to import .txt files. Holdem gets all my tourneys with hands (downside there are all hands of tourneys). But in Tourney/Results/Dataview, where all my tournaments are, i see all of them black. Like if i didn't finish them. Maybe just because i import them in inverted order? I mean with the last hand on the top and the first on the bottom? I don't know.

No, you have to import the summaries or manually edit the tournaments in the dataview.

For pokerstars.com:

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Summaries.

Then later, you want to import the summaries on a regular basis:

Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

so i have to set manually all my results? How i can do with 1500 tournaments...

i have all my history, requested to pokerstars.it. But i can import it for players' stats... not for winnings...
I don't really know how to do...

If they sent you the summaries in .HTM format you just use HM > Import From Files > Pick the files > Pick your screen name.

If they sent you a text email, you need to copy/paste it into a new text file as explained. If they sent you some other file format you can send them to us to look at. Please zip and email the problem hand histories and/or summaries, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net
