So i unistalled PokerStars b/c it kept freezing, now im trying to reinstall it but it keeps saying:

The installer has encountered a disk write error

Please ensure that all other applications are closed before
attempting installation. Also, ensure that the destination drive has
sufficient space and that you have necessary access rights.

If anybody can help please do ! thanks.

Vista? i would suggest you turn off UAC entirely. Then make sure you download the installer fully, and right click > run as administrator on the installer.

You type 'turn off uac' into google.

I dont have vista.
