Josem works in the security department and posts here on their behalf as PSMichaelJ or similar IIRC.

Anyway, now I am having the strangest error with gmail! I can log in and read email, but any time I try to send a message or reply to one, it hangs with the yellow "loading" box near the top of the screen indefinitely.

I'm getting a similar error with certain pages on facebook and yelp.

I figured it was a problem with java or flash, so I have tried reinstalling both. Hasn't worked yet.

Any thoughts?
Are you using no-script or any other firefox add ons?

Also clear your cache/temporary internet files. It's possible you have a cached version of a javascript library that is corrupted or something.

I wasn't sure if I could start a new thread for this, but:

Does anybody here have any free or for sale custom hand converters?

I'm looking for something that could convert hands for poker forums such as 2p2, similar to the converters people use throughout these forums.

I was going to post in the Marketplace but I figure this would be a better venue.

If you think a thread here is appropriate or a thread in the MP, let me know, thanks.

Feel free - the sticky about starting new threads is really just targeted toward people who make "random" OPs (ie: instead of posting in the designated HEM, PT3, etc threads) or post questions that can be answered instantly and without any real discussion being needed (what this thread is for).

Tried this. Eventually with some googling I was able to determine that it was the skype add-on for firefox that was causing the problem. I uninstalled it and now I'm golden.

Yes, a few. Off the top of my head, in addition to myself (PSMichaelJ), I think that PS Jeff does every now and then, and so does PSStephenW. Scottyy (note the letter 'y' is repeated) posts often in the VIP threads. There's also a generic Security department account that has posted on fraud issues a few times. This is in addition to the various staff who post on live event issues (but I don't read those forums so much, so I don't know their names/user IDs).

FYI - If you got easy HM questions, I have a QQA thread at HM that I check more often than I pop in to this thread now.

Program and/or AHK script for changing background color?
___
In order to help differentiate tables when stacking windows for multi-tabling, I would like to be able to customize the background color -- for example, background on table 1=yellow, table=2 red, table=3 green, table 4=blue, etc.

Is there already a program or AHK script out there that will allow me to do this?

(FTP, WinXP, and prefer to continue using PokerShortcuts)

Yes. Tiltbuster has one called ModManager for Stars and FozzyPokerMods has one for FT, but it changes the table color instead of the background (but does so instantly vs on Stars it is a tad intrusive... but highly useful and very appreciated at the low low cost of free, for both.)

We all use the free AHK script that _dave_ wrote to make our mods a bit nicer to use.

I have a pokerstars version of that FTP multi-felt theme also. I prefer changing the felt colors to mark a particular table, instead of the backgrounds, so that my HUD is always on the same background and easy to read.

Yes, felt color changes makes the most sense -- I hadn't thought of potential HUD contrast issues. I will give this a try as you recommended -- thanks for the pointer!

Is the Stars multi-felt theme instantaneous like the Tilt one or does it call up menus like the background manager?

As long as I am asking questions, re HEM trial:

Does fully functional include multitabling?

Does the HUD work with FT Auto center? (PAHUD seems to not support that with FT now, which I can't wrap my head around. How can it not be able to assume I am at the bottom always... because of the FT GUI?! Makes no sense to me. Not really asking for an explanation btw! )

THanks!

The latter. It just automates the normal process for changing a stars background.

Yes, and Yes. No problem with either of those things in the trial or paid version.

Hi,

What would be the easiest way to get "mwheendown" and "mwheelup" (mouse scroll up/down) to decrease and increase, respectevely, the FTP bet slider in SB's instead of BB's?

I Know dave's script does it, but It isn't working very well for me. It makes a horrible windows sound when I use it. PokerShortcuts doesn't support this feature since FT update.

Please software kings, help me. I can't play w/o this. Well, I can, it's just not fun.
