Problems with PT4

I cant seem to save my hand histories for more than one day/sessions at a time.
Everytime I open PokerStars the HUD that shows over my name always shows 0 hands. Am I doing something wrong?
And also, when I open PT4 I click "Show all hands", but I just showes the ones that I have played that day? Is this how it supposed to be? Does anybody know how to fix this?
