Problems loading the Coral and Betfred apps help!!

When i try to load the app that has downloaded on my desktop an update box opens and looks like its upgrading the app. When it its finished no lobby opens, nothing!
Strangely when i click to open it again it says its already running, but nothing is running under task manager.
I have already restarted the app and uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.
Support are kinda just giving me the run around with no fix as of yet.
Any ideas guys?
