i'm running poker tracker 3 and for some reason my "winnings" are completely off. Anyone know why this is happening. its off by a lot so i really dont know what the problem could be. It used to work fine. The problem is with FT, last month stars HH's were being imported correctly.

I had the same problem 3 weeks ago. Never found a solution, and I switched to HEM anyway. Not because of that one thing but...I could care less what the solution is now. Anyway, good luck with PT3

Are the hands that aren't importing properly being imported in Build 3 or Beta 19? You can purge selected sessions in Beta 19 by clicking Database --> Database Management, clicking on your database and clicking "Purge". This will let you select and remove certain sessions.

If these hands were imported in Build 3, please try purging and reimporting in Beta 19. If they were imported in Beta 19, please create a support ticket and attach the hands in question so that we can look into this issue and get it resolved asap.

Me too....to bad it doesn't effect PT in anyway...they still have my money for that crap program. (Not that I care that much about the $, just sucks there isn't much recourse for them making a sucky program)

I had the exact same problem with PT#, and traded emails for a while with their support. The best they could do for me was to tell me how to manually change the tourney results and winnings. It's not too hard, but I only play about 10 gamesa day, more and it would be pretty onerous. Here's their instructions:

Are you getting the hand histories or the tournament summaries? Tourney summaries show what place everyone finished and what (if any) money they won from it.

You can manually edit the tourneys by clicking on the drop down menu tournaments -> enter results and using this window to edit the results. However, it is much easier to get the tournament summaries from your poker site and manually importing them.

I've not tried HEM yet, so I can't compare them, but given the complaints everyone here has about PT#, it's probably worth a 15-day trial.
