You should find "message=8,42" and change it to "message=-8,-300".

Done then i clicked encrypt then launched stars the pokerstars.exe and its still there?

You encrypt after editing that line and then run PokerStars client using PokerStars.exe without updating.

yup done that still not working, i even tried what you said for the view lobby leave table and they didn't change either

Sorted i didn't realise i had to do it for the gx file specific for my theme not the main one. Thanks for your patience and help mate. Btw how do you learn and memorize all this stuff lol i would love to be self sufficient with it.

Ive gone crazy now i have changed a few things on my own but i cant figure out how to remove the 2 hand history things that show up at the top of every table and also i cant identify the replayer (i want to move it to a different position)

If you need to remove something, you set negative coordinates for it in the proper line instead of default ones (e.g. -100,-200).
Moving anything (e.g. 10,20): increasing 1st number = moving to the bottom of the window from current position, increasing 2nd number = moving to the right from current position.

What table theme do you remake?

That bar at the top can be removed only in graphic editing programs.

Download this image, rename it to fg-border.png and copy it to C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\themes\black on your PC:

You can edit Reflective.jpg from ...\PokerStars\themes\nova\green\style-p7\backgrounds using any editor for graphic files.

Yes. If there's a forced update from PokerStars or if you use default desktop shortcut for running Stars client, then your custom files and edited gx.ini will be overwritten during that update.

Client update 7.9830 breaks the xthemes.ini link to @pokerstars.com base themes so if your custom theme uses a custom gx.ini file then you're SOL for the time being.

for base themes, in the MAC UK client #7.9830 at least:
strip out the @pokerstars.... section, save xthemes.ini and re-start client.

i.e

Thank you! It worked for me on PC. Just small detail I have found out. My base theme was

Code:

black@pokerstars.com

and now it is xblack (they added x-letter).

I just updated from Pokerstars 7 Build 9535 to Build 9880 due to the forced update today.

Now when I go to my mod it says "This theme requires 'simple@pokerstars.com' to be installed."

I am on Windows 8 laptop.

Before updating I backed up my Pokerstars.UK folder in Program Files.

Is there anything I can do to get the lovely G-14 Hybrid table mod back please?
