FWIW - I added these chips to my Gothic (v2) Card Mod for Stars. Also of note, is I changed the dealer button to a red one:

The only one that will modify the alternative deck automatically, is Bar Nuthins Flags mod. All the other ones I made myself, and I NEVER use the alternative deck, so I didnt bother making them modify those decks.
I can make the other card back installers modify those deck backs also, but I have a lot of other mods/requests that take priority.
I did make a note to try and do this eventually, but it will not be for at least a few weeks, until I get all my other mods caught up.

Sorry, I wont be able to do that for you. I rarely do custom request tables/themes, and my current 'to-do' list is HUGE. Requests in the past were typically very -EV for me, so I simply quit doing them.
Bar Nuthin at http://psthemes.com would probably be able to do something very nice for you. It will likely cost you more than $10 though. I know I wouldn't do it for only $10.

Can anyone identify this theme (and maybe tell me where I can get it)? I reinstalled windows, forgot to bring across the theme to the new install, and can't find it anywhere.. :S

I could probably make a white face version of that deck, but it wouldn't be any time real soon, unfortunately. I have been lazy the past few weeks (months?), and I have graphics work/requests piled up. 
You will need to be more specific, about what you actually want. Do you want all the text/suits to black/red only?? Or do you want the text black, and only the suit marks to be colored?
