I was talking about the deck, but its a good idea sell the deck with many options, some people can love the pink color.
I am going to buy your omaha deck at eu mods, does it works on all the tables themes of stars? regards

Oh, i wasn't showcasing the deck in this case :P It's just a quick modification of my bubblegum deck actually..
Omahagrind works on all tables but not optimally, the ranks are too wide and "nova" themes are back to normal too. My theme will have a wide spacing option on the installer though and i can provide a modified gx.ini for any theme if you need wider spacing. Or I can make an option for shrinked ranks on omahagrind but the feel just won't be the same..

Ok, I just checked out pokerlayout.ru for the first time. People ITT don't exactly seem particularly thrilled about them, on what exactly is this based? I see that they like to copy/recreate the work of other designer, but have there been any reports of people downloading anything malicious from the site?

Lots of their stuff does look pretty good... (although the copies almost always appear to be created with less care and quite inferior to the original)

I have absolute faith in the person who told me about this, but as I did not experience it myself I'm going preface the following with "allegedly":

Allegedly Pokerlayout.ru had some keystroke programmes packed in with installers.

My experience as a designer - some of my decks were on there attributed to another designer, albeit in their free download section. They were decks I posted ITT free so I have no qualms with that and even sent them updates to host. When I moved my hosting to another solution I asked them to take them down and they did so no questions asked.

Hope that helps one way or t'other.

I have some free decks that I had earlier ITT, I have been tied up recently but will have them re-hosted @ pokermods.eu. There will be some commercial re-touches of them as premium decks but the freebies will be something like:





and one that no-one seemed to like but I found it quite entertaining

pokermods.eu has some really great looking mods indeed, I'm very glad to have found out about it. "ICARUS" comes very close to what I've been looking for, I'll be sure to purchase it quite soon. I think it would fit very well with the card and chip mods I have from tiltbuster. Just one question: Is the wide hole card spacing for Omaha mandatory or would I have the choice?

Still regarding pokerlayouts.ru, do you know if your friend made that experience with one of the free downloads or the commercial mods? From what I understand anybody can just upload free mods there with unknown side components in the installer, I may be mistaken though.
It isn't very important though, from what I've seen the mods I am interested in on their site have some slight blemishes/inconsistencies to them, which would probably tilt me while playing. Not to mention that I'm very risk averse.

Your "unpopular" card mod I find very funny also Doubt I would use it for play though :P

Why do you make signing up to your site such a pain? For what do you need to know my name, date of birth and location?

Are there any free programs out there (other than MSpaint) to customize the "status bold" on the NOVA theme? I can't get rid of those jagged looking lines and it pisses me off. Or is there a simpler way of going about this?

I wanted to make it so that once the action is on someone the indicator lights up red. Any ideas? Or has anyone done it yet for the Nova theme? Its hard because its not a circle but a rectangular circle. Help would be appreciated.

GIMP and Inkscape are the way to go for free graphic design programmes. GIMP is ala photoshop (raster graphics) and Inkscape ala Illustrator (vector graphics)

The learning curve isn't too steep and there are plenty of tuts online to get familiar with each programme.

at the moment Icarus is full-face for Omaha, I can look into doing a default Omaha layout but I'm tied up with projects for the next couple of weeks.
