Geko, could you please post or PM me some (big) screenshots of png in use? Just curious how it looks. Also, does it affect mutlitabling, esp in regards of RAM usage? (You're on a Mac, aren't you? Do you know if the Win client can handle png as well?)
I'm not noticing any performance issues, but I've only been playing upto 10 tables this session.
As the PNG files are scaled up you can see some degradation in the sharpness, esp vis the transparency layer.
Not tested on PC as yet, see no reason why it would not be the same.
the table, all buttons, seats & empty seat images are in PNG here; cards & chips are the standard bitmap + 8bit mask
the links should show large screens.
