Playing a two hour tournament, with 15 players, one player had Quad's 4 times and I had it once. This seems a little odd to have Quads so many times.

So, two tables for 75 minutes, one table for 45 minutes, say one hand per minute (too fast), that is a total of 195 deals, say average 7 players per hand or 1365 hands and we get 5 quad's

FOUR OF A KIND probability is 0.000240

The odds of getting quads for any one player in a particular hand is about 1 in 595. Over 195 hands, any one player has about a 1 in 3 chance of hitting quads. So with 7 players, you might expect 2 or 3 players to hit quads. Hitting it 5 times is just twice as often as might be expected, which is easily explained by variance. It's like rolling a 6-sided die 6 times and saying the die is rigged because 3 came up twice (zomg!).
