Playing Poker using Virtual PC

I have a Virtual PC that I use to play poker while I do 'real work' on the host PC. I know most poker sites take screen shots to make sure the players aren't using banned software. My questions:
- I'm guessing the screen shot they would see would just be that of the VPC and not the host PC, correct?
- I know there is software that prevents screen shots. Which one works good but has a small footprint for running on a VPC?
