First you need to download QuickBMS:

You can also get an idea of what the software is about on that site.
Next you need to save this:
And save it as cxm.bms
Next launch quickbms.exe and follow the prompts, it's really simple.
There are loads of .cxm files to take a look at in pacific poker. I think that the most useful one will be PokerTable.cxm
I only discovered this method through creative googling, I would advise anybody to run it in a sandbox or virtual system or whatever. But it seems to do the trick nicely, and QuickBMS appears legit to me.
