Hi to all of you multitabler. I would like to know your setups for STT multitabling.

I have been a STT multitabler for a while and would like to know what other players use.

This thread includes :

1- Computer, Screen
2- Mouse, Keyboard
3- Programs and Softwares (including stats shown on HUD, Hotkeys on TableNinja, etc...)
4- Also the table configuration on your screens

I'm looking for the optimal setup !

Thanks for info... this thread can get really interesting !

i have 2 24 inch monitors side to side. On one monitor i put all the tables (1900x1200) and on the other i put the lobby, etc. Then i overlap the tables in a 5x3 grid that covers all of the larger monitor. An optimal setup would use a WQXGA monitor (2560?1600 resolution). Unfortunately these cost around $1500, but probably are well worth the price as an invenstment if you have the $$ to spend).

Mouse - Microsoft Trackball Explorer (I HIGHLY recommend this trackball, unfortunatley Microsoft discontinued it and it runs for around $250 used on ebay because everyone loved it... the day Microsoft comes out with a trackball explorer 2 will be a great day for poker players, at least in my opinion)

As for software, I only used Pokertracker. I got annoyed with the software that is currently available for multi tabling so i developed my own and the result of that work is an ongoing project called Poker Companion. Ideally within 2-4 months I will be using only this application for all my 3rd party poker needs. The software is currently available for anyone to test-drive.

Not nearly as interesting as if you could be bothered to describe your own setup.

This forum works on a give-and-take basis - just demanding that others give you the info you want without offerering anything in return is pretty poor style

Lol don't make a big thing about it i'm not like stealing information I just wondered what other people use. If you guys want to know i'll be glad to tell you.

1- I play on my 14'' laptop, 4g ram
2- I just have a regular mouse 2 boutons and use the laptop keyboard but i'm planing on buying a Razor Mouse and a gamer num pad.
3- I use PT3, Table Ninja (nearly only using fold and all in hotkeys on Tab and A), and am trying out SitnGo Wiz
4- I normally stack around 10 to 12 tables.

Thanks for continuing thread, no offense, what do you use McMelchior and any1 else ?

Sounds like an ambitious project. I'd be happy to give it a try if you are willing to make it available. I assume it's still not finished. So ... what features will be in it, and are you gonna sell it in the end?

OK, fair enough.

My best poker investment so far: My Hanns G 28" 1920 x 1200 monitor.

Very comfortable 9 tabling on one screen, almost decent 12 tabling. Meaning my laptop screen is free for lobby, PAHUD, 2+2 etc.

PokerTracker 2 HE, StarsAssistant (currently a bit under the weather after latest update), PlaceMint, and a couple of simple AHK script that inserts standard notes (ie: LAG, loose/passive etc) and identifies tournament types/tables in the chat box (ie: $12/180, MTT, Final Table etc.)

I know good players that run no scripts, tracker etc. - and tell me that they are better for it. I believe them
