This is a known issue. It will be fixed soon.

The hover color is actually determined by reversing the text color (so you can always see the text when you hover). If the background color is already the reverse of text color, the program will detect that and modify the background color slightly. What color is your text?

By the way, background color of combo stats when created is wrong (on my latest version, for example, the combo stat comes out transparent when it shouldn't) -- ie its a bug, which may be causing your odd behavior.

Think I had my text set to teal/aqua but then it would change to white text/pink background or something hard to read.

I'm at work but think that's about right.

Any idea when the next update will be released?

Regarding Stars support, PLEASE note the following:
1. Observed hand support is not yet provided. You need to be playing at a table and you must have played a hand and imported the stats on players at the table before stats will be shown.
2. PokerObserver HUD should recognize your hand history directory and your preferred seat positions automatically. Please verify their accuracy on the Stars tab of the Preferences form.
3. One user has reported problems getting this version of POH to work. Lets hope its isolated to him.

My priorites going forward are as follows. I can be persuaded to modify this list:

2. Session stat support (this is VERY close and I have some interesting features related to this you will like)
3. Stars observed hand history support
4. Party support
5. Notes

Other priorities that don't fit into the list are continued performance improvements and user experience improvements.

The little control box pops up on my tables but the name/other stats don't show up.

I am autoimporting into pt.

My stats showed up with the last version.

Hand history directory correct? Does the main POH page indicate 0 seats or the number on your table?

Does anybody else have issues when trying to leave notes on FullTilt while using PO?
The stats always try and cover my note screen and it makes the whole process very very laggy.

Please move Party up to number 3. And please add me to your list of Party alpha testers if you have such a thing.

Thanks for letting us test your software.. Here are a few things that I didn't like/ need to be fixed.

1. Table averages box- I don't need a box around the stat. It takes up too much table space and it would be easier to just have individual table stats to position as I want.
2. Is there an average pot stat for the table and how do I change it.
3. The "font" size of all stats. I would like the ability to make all stats smaller.
4. Ability to not dispaly an abbreviated name for each stat.
5. Donk bet flop stats. I believe I read you are working on it but I would consider it a must before purchasing your product.
6. The cockpit will not display when i have a table at the bottom of the screen.
7. An apply all chages to all tables button.
8. Showing the board along with mucked cards after a hand.

Thanks again for letting us test your product. I like the cockpit functoin and think this beta is already better than some other products already on the market.

Stat combos didnt fix in update. Same problem, they don't load when new players join table, and they don't load on newly opened tables. Once you close the table the stats don't show up ever again.

1. You're the 2nd person to ask for this today. I will do this.
2. Avg pot size: not yet, but that is coming along with other "table info" features
3. Font size: You have this ability now. Change the font in the stat properties in the Cockpit for a stat and then go to the Actions dropdown and change all the other stats to this font if you want.
4. Lose abbreviation: You have this ability now. Same thing -- go to properties of the stat and remove the preface. Or if you want to get rid of all the prefaces, click the button to remove all prefaces and endings. This is all on the main tab of the Cockpit.
5. Donk bet flop is not convenient for PT3 yet. I will add it but it probably won't come until after Josh changes his DB structure, which I understand is coming. Don't want to put too much effort into DB queries if the structure is going to change.
6. Cockpit location: I've thought about having the Cockpit go "up" when the table is below a certain spot. Would you like that?
7. Apply changes to all tables. The way the program is supposed to work is that if you save a theme, all similar-type tables should all reset. Thats not happening now for some reason, so it will be fixed.
8. Yes, I keep forgetting to do this!

Aughhhhhhh. Sorry ron. I thought I had it but I guess not. The timing of the problem though is critical so thanks for that. I'll get a patch up hopefully tomorrow.

Anything to avoid the wrath of Towelie! I will need significant help for party though (ie testing it before I can even test it) since I am banned!

1) Did a custom stat, disabled show hero but it stayed.
2) Stats not updating? Using PT3, I move hands after I autoimport if that changes anything.
3) Cockpit doesn't disable.

lol... I swear that's not the reputation I'm looking for. I'm willing to help however I can, even if that means uber preliminary testing.

1. All part of my combo stat nightmare. I will get it right -- soon hopefully.

2. Yes, that is likely the reason. The program uses the hand in your hand history folder to detect who's at your table. Moving the hand history would likely create a problem. You'll have to keep the hand histories in there for now -- until I get the observed stats working.

3. It probably does on new tables you open. If not, let me know, but I'll fix it so that any Cockpits open when you disable will be closed.

I tried the PS version. So far I cannot figure out how to get hero stats to work. Putting false for hero does not work. Also, I cannot get stats for more than 6 players at a 9 player table. In addition, some stats seem to move or dissappear, especially if I minimize and restore the table.

Couple of follow up questions before I go to sleep.

Does the main PON form show that the table is a 9-handed table? And do the 6 players showing stats start at seat 1 and go through 6 (adjusted for whatever your preferred seat)?

When stats are missing, are they combo stats or regular stats? And if you take a "good" seat, where all the stats seem correct and apply that seat to the other seats, do the missing stats get put back into place? This is important to know because it will narrow down the issue to a "display" or a "positioning" issue.

The main PON form seems to show that the table is 9-handed, I think. I am in seat 5 which is according to my preferences. I cannot get stats for seats 7-9 of any kind, I never tried combo stats whatever they are. When a stat moves, even after I saved the theme (weird description, wouldn't layout be better), I had to move the stat back and sometimes it moved off the table and I couldn't find it.
Note that I changed the font to verdana 8pt. and added some colors. How do you delete a color range after adding it?

The main PON form shows 9-handed. I retried it at a lower level NL25 instead of NL100 and got all 9 stats.

I think the biggest bug is the HUD fixing itself for when you join a table, or someone new joins the table, it doesnt seem to do it right sometimes, and soemtimes it shows stats for literally 10 minutes, then all of a sudden changes to the correct (or maybe wrong) stats.

Update on the custom stats.
I think what you need to do is save the theme, then close the program completely (not just the table) then reopen the program and it will work. I will keep testing and let you know.

I tried 3 levels of NL holdem on PS. For 25 and 200, I do get all 9 stats, but only 6 for 100. Stats tend to jump around when minimizing table and restoring or opening new table despite saving the theme.
Putting false for hero on any stat has no affect. Stat shows for hero anyway. Is there a way to have a stat only display for hero? Ever since I lost the VPIP stat for seat 4, I cannot find it on 100 or 200 level.
