I'm having a few problems. I am unable to click anything on the table if PokerObserver is running. For example, I can't click "join Wait list," can't resize the table, can't move the table to a new location, and can't sit in to play.

Also, if I'm observing and then get taken off of the wait list, the HUD immediately stops working on that table. I thought that afer playing a few hands the stats migh reappear but this was not the case.

Because of both of the above problems, it is impossible to use the program while playing.

This is on Full tilt and I use PT3 with Vista running.

Smallish database. Around 100K hands. I'm using PT3.

I have not tried disabling hero stats yet(which are not showing up as i told you before). I will try that tomorrow and report back.

One thing that may be causing it is the amount of stats i have running. I have about 20 individual running just for my one heads up opponent.

Also, as i have said before i am running Vista and only play heads up tables.

The program needs a lot of work IMO i've used it for about 3k hands so far.
It doesnt rearrange properly and definitely doesnt recognize Hero sat down and simply leaves the stats from the last person and doesnt change.

#2
You need to be able to turn tables on and off if you want to help with lag when multi-tabling.

#3
My table averages basically left and won't come back, not sure why.

#4
Multiple DB support is A MUST for any serious player. 1 reason im thinking about going back to PAHUD until this gets handled.

I know theres more I just can't think of them right now, when I do I will post, and btw, I am not saying this in a putting you down sort of way, totally constructive criticism, your program ****ing rocks man.

Will there be a version available that limits the trackings to nl 50 but has a reduced price? Holdem Manager offers a 55 dollar version with ace hud included that can only track until nl 50 with the option of updating later on for an extra 25 dollars. FWIW I think this would be a wise move, as I know for me personally, my decision is based highly on this discount for the limited version.

I was planning to go with PT3, even though the creators themselves stated that ATM holdem manager is a better program, because I felt confident that PT3 will be better in the long run, however after reading of this HM promotion Im not quite sure.

- Remove the table averages graphic, it's unnecessary and eating up valuable table space
- Make the stats pop-up box disappear by clicking anywhere on it like in PAHUD, it's a bit inconvenient right now.
- It would be nifty to be able to select alignment of stats - like center the screen name, align vpip to left, and pfr to right. Not vital I guess though but would make aligning stats easier
- I can't view the pop-up stats if I lock the stats

Ummm...yeah, that would be a problem. Is it possible this bevavior is occuring only when you have the Preferences form open? Or does it happen all the time?

This is an issue I haven't heard before (same as your other one). I will look into it.

I don't blame you. Be patient; I'll get it worked out.

I've done only limited testing on Vista, so this may be part of the problem but I tend to doubt it. If you are willing, I'd like to spend a little time with you privately so that we can figure out what is happening. PM me is your willing.

#1. This is a known bug. Hero stats should be showing up if you start POH after you've been playing on a table. The rearranging works but doesn't eliminate empty players. This will be fixed soon.

#2. Coming.

#3. Hmmm....Is the Show Table Averages box checked in the Cockpit?

#4. Multiple DB support is coming as well. Its a relatively high priority but can be higher if others ask for it.

Thanks for you input and your complement.

Ok, i'm reporting back. I turned off Hero stats while playing a single table of heads up poker on FT and i still get tilt inducing 5-7 second lag when i hit the reload button.

Erac Demi ITC -- I've changed the default layouts away from this because after a while, I felt it became annoying.

I know this might have been covered before, but i would like to see the flop when you show the villains mucked cards. Like PA HUD does now. Preferably the option for a 4 colored deck. Thanks.

Oh yes, this is a super must.
Also, like on Realtime you should be able to drag the mucked hands to wherever u want.

How many files do you have in your Full Tilt hand history folder?

Also, check you PMs.

In my next release, by default the table average box will be eliminated. I also will be changing the way it looks becauseI don't like it. In the meantime, you can elect to disable the Table Average box in the Cockpit and if you save the theme, you wont see it next time.

I'll consider click removal of popup screen.

Alignment of stats: I've considered adding the ability to multiselect stats and alignleft, alignright etc. Truth be told, however, using the snap to grid functionality does a good job of allowing you align stats. If what you're looking for is the ability to align the stats relative to each other, no matter what their relative sizes are (kind of like an anchor concept), I will consider that but it will be down the road.

Viewing of pop up stats when stats are locked will be fixed in the next public release. Thanks for the heads up on that.

Yes, that is coming. Does anybody prefer "non" 4-color decks?

It's handy when you're multitabling and have half a dozen windows screaming CLICK ME and then you panic and try to hit the small X but your hands are shaking and you miss and accidentally shove with 73o and get called. (and win)

I'm mean, I would like to align let's say VPIP in the left corner below the player seat, PFR in the middle, and AF in the right corner, and have the SN aligned in the center above the player seat. Does that make any sense? Currently I can only select stats' position by left alignment

Also, any plausible ETA for the next version?

I'm pretty sure not, but I guess you could always include the possibility to switch between the two?

I hear you on the multitabling thing.

Regarding alignment of stats, let me make sure I understand what you're saying. Suppose you aligned PFR in the middle above the cards. If its centered-aligned to, say, the middle of the player window, the actual left edge of the stat would actually change when the length of the stat length got bigger or smaller. Is that what you are asking for?

Yep, in other words, the center point of the stat would define the alignment

This obviously isn't really all that necessary feature, I'd just be like to have, say, the SN centered above the seat box, and the combo stats aligned in the center below the seat; just a matter of taste I guess - I believe have some kind of a neurosis about symmetry

Is the reason RealtimeHUD lags nowhere anywhere not even considerable to any other HUD because it uses its own DB instead of searching our DBs?

There are lots of optimizations I'll be doing, but right now, very few people are having resource issues. Can you give me an idea of what specifically is happening and how its hogging resources? Also let me know what type of system your running.
