I have canceled and refunded every request that has been sent to me. Unfortunately, one of my payment providers (SWREG) absolutely sucks for recurring payments. If you used them and I already sent you an email saying I canceled it, you might want to consider contacting your credit card company. SWREG just ignores my emails on the subject.

Could you give a guestimate?

How weird, I have just posted an exactly the same request on the official Sixth Sense Forum.

Along with PT3 / HM support, I have a fairly sizeable list of stuff that I think SS needs to add in order to continue to compete with SpadeEye and TableTracker. For starters,

1) PT3 / HM support.
2) new site support - ipoker & ongame. Ipoker is now pretty much as big as FT, and onGame equivalent to Party.
3) Server-side Stars Scanning - TableTracker has the official go-ahead from stars, so no reason why SixthSense can't do the same.
4) Added range of available stats.

The only real feature that is keeping me with SixthSense at the moment, is the ability to script my own scoring function. Simply looking at vpip/pfr/etc isn't enough to me, a much more useful can be formed using the scripting interface. However, speaking to the guy at PT3, I don't think it will take a lot to do the same with TableTracker when they get it up and running properly.

You can already do this using Table Tracker, it's not easy though.

I spent a little while playing with custom stats and table tracker, and I concluded as things stood it didn't have anyway of creating the sort of complex function I have created in Sixth Sense to score an individual player.

I could see how I could a use custom stat for each variable such as vpip to convert that to a "score", then have another custom stat that combined each of these custom stat "scores" to produce an "overall score".

I found this all very messy. Besides, my SS script is far more complex than this, which looks at ratios of stats, uses multi-dimensional table look-ups and a host of other things to profile each of the players.

Well I disputed my charge last month and they issued me a credit.

Guess what?
I get my bill in the mail today and I'm charged $15 again.
The credit card company had to close my account and issue me another card to keep this thief from scamming.

Stay away if you haven't tried it.
Check your credit card statements.

What the hell happened to SS. Until 3 months ago I have found the guys always very helpful and had no problems. Now they never answer posts at all, either on here or their own forum, and now reports that continue to try and charge people when they have canceled. No way to run a business.

They need to get on here and do some serious explaining, about a) the complaint regarding charging and b) what they are doing with SS, are we ever going to see HM/PT3 support? Support for Ipoker? c) are we going to see a change in the non-existent support levels?

100% of these continued charges are from SWREG. Paypal has no problems at all with it. For some reason every 3-6 months SWREG randomly "re-starts" peoples subs after they have been canceled. Its very annoying and I've had to re-cancel dozens of subs because of it.

I strongly encourage people to use Paypal when they sign up for Sixth Sense. We've had no problems with them at all like that. But PayPal isn't as convenient for non-U.S. players for some reason.

There are several threads on my message forum about how SWREG keeps screwing up the subs. I can post the links if you'd like to read them.

And yes, I'm still working on SS, and hope to add HM support as the next feature.

I have emailed SWEREG, bziegler@radix.net loads of times. I have been charged $56.25 twice since that. sixthsense says subscription expired and i dont want to use it.... how do stop being charged?

Sorry, I will look into the SWREG payments. SWREG continually screws up the subscription payments.

Also I just spoke to my bank about stopping the SWREG payments and they are issuing me a new credit card

I introduced a bug when adding the Holdem Manager support to Sixth Sense. Its something I need to fix, hopefully will just take a day or two.

As for the credit card issues with SWREG, sorry about that. I've told them repeatedly to purge the master orders for users that cancel and they don't do it. I really need to dump them altogether.

A) You should dump SWREG

B) If you are receiving the payments for them you should be refunding them to people who have canceled your service. It's easy to do this.

Sixth Sense down after Party Update. ETA on getting everything up and running, given that the update includes large changes to the lobby (including removing the ability to see the players names / stack sizes sitting at each table directly from the lobby).
