Then, it seems that you just replaced the tourney buttons with mirrored cg ones; as u can see, the tourneys only got 2 "real" buttons on the top left which are even larger than in cg. That means, the vitual divider of the buttons u used should be in the middle of the center button which is not a good solution at all, imo^^. I'm not sure if it actually will work; even if it does, I guess it was way better to design separate tourney buttons 'cuz it looks kinda strange with the cg ones. Same for the red SCD button if sbdy doesn't want to suppress it by client options.

I am actually trying to colorize the former golden/silver chips. The one res I use to use I've already done; what u guys think? Worth to continue? I also wanna make "no-values" chips 'cuz I don't really like the values at lores chips, they don't look nice imo.

I also try to create a "virtual 3D" racetrack table because the cips/button are in 3D effect, too, as well most classic tables. I've never seen a 3D rt table; here is a preview how the effect will look like. Watch the chips looking pretty more real on this layout since the view angle is the (nearly) same for chips and table:

EDIT: somebody asked if it was possible to give the chatbox another text background; well, I gave it a try and it is not possible. In the xml u can give the text another color, but not to the bg. The bg is the windows default and changes with the windows style settings..
Hey, can you upload the chips for FT? They are beautiful lol

Thanks
Right click on Full Tilt Poker application and select "Show Package Contents".

/Applications/Full Tilt Poker.app/Contents/Resources

From then on the filepath is the same as the PC.

Hope this helps.

Can someone please help!! My FTP got messed up and the "sit out next hand" and "auto-post blind" buttons only appear micro/low stakes tables:

I tried uninstalling and re-applying my graphics folders but same thing happened. Does anyone know the location of the images that are not working and the ones that are working I can use to apply to the other tables?

Would be way easier than finding alll the mods I have perfectly setup.

Thanks!!
Quinn

edit: works for 1/2nl and below, nothing higher....

The problem is caused by the old layout.xml file. They changed it when they updated the client earlier this month.

This. However, just using the new xml may cause some trouble with the look of your mod. I posted a description what modified values to copy/paste from the older xml to the new one some posts before, relating to one of my mods; For your simple mod you obv just don't need to take all these changes except the timer (and maybe icon) values. Best way was to watch both xml versions simultaneously and apply the old modified values to the new xml. Was nice if anyone could upload a new original xml version, maybe it was easier to add some "new" lines to an older xml, I wanna give it a try.

---

Please guys, be patient with my chips, I am at a sick downer atm and I obv should spend more time on game analysis and less on modding^^. Could take some days till I changed all files up, I'll post the results asap. Thx.

Hi Bao- using a XML differencing engine would make your work much easier.
Try something like Liquid XMLDiff- it's freeware and a great tool when it comes to compare XML-files.

made 2 themes for personal use today. both just re-colouring/re-toning of original themes.

1. original vegas skyline (to show as an example)
2. "poker after dark" background. darkened the room a bit, tinted windows, very very slight gradient (darker on outside and gradually gets lighter toward the table as to imitate a light above the table
3. modified finals table, just made a lot glossier, darker, and sharper.

still got some work to do on the poker after dark to make it look nicer

I want to make the background and racetrack table black and white. Finding and changing the background is easy, but where is the image of the table located? I can't seem to figure this out for myself...

I searched the whole thread and anything pertaining to adding multiple backgrounds is obsolete or not working, I have added folders and backgrounds, changed the .ini file and the layout.xml and still can't get the right click to bring up the extra table folders in game play. I want to add about 5 or 6 options to the backgrounds only, since I use the glass top table. Does anyone have an option for me. It won't matter what the names are or the backgrounds because I can change those. I just want to add a bunch of dark colour brick or backlit backgrounds and be able to change them in game play.

the Layout.xml files for Classic and Racetrack are what you have to edit

just make sure to include the correct file path to your background images

PM me if you still need help

Thanks Bar, got it. I have no idea what happened but my changes weren't there and that's why it wasn't working. So I made sure to save it properly this time. Worked well. Just need to find the right backgrounds now.

Here's where I am at.

I really like the dark rich colours and textures like these as opposed to pictures or scenic backgrounds. Anyone have any links?

Here are my freebies I uploaded a couple months ago. I will hopefully get some more up there after the first of the year.

Here is my most recent theme update thanks to tedd_e_KGB and all his hardwork!

Cards by tedd_e_KGB - "Casino (Color)"
Chips by tedd_e_KGB - "Deluxe (No FTP logo)"
Pods/Table/Background by tedd_e_KGB - "3D"

I believe all these are available at Fozzy's mod site, check them out! The Casino theme also comes with a white based card, the Deluxe chips also come with a second set with the FTP logo in the middle of the chip, and the table theme has many other backgrounds as well (As well as a simplified table design).

I will make sure to post more screenshots to those out there who would like to see some previews before purchasing.
