Can I outright delete all right and left corner files (let the text float independent above the background) or will the software bomb? As it stands now, I've modded (collected mods on here, bought from TB, etc.) those particular files to the point that nothing appears while in tourneys, but do in cash/other. Pretty sure the relationship between the layout.xml and the files contained in the graphics folder is screwed.

Anyone know the code items I should be looking for and the values necessary to have them reappear?

Describe more, plz. There are literally dozens of black table mods over at Tilt Buster. Are you looking for a black table mod in the interim that's not Tilt Buster? Racetrack or Classic? Did you reinstall your TB mod? Fill the folks in with more detail and you're more likely to get some help.

I dont have any mods at all just did all three "restore utilities" because it helped ALOT with ftp lag.

What theme are you using? You need an updated layout.xml file, but which part of the new layout file you edit depends on the theme you are using.

This layout file u currently use I created/edited before the last update; it is the one that was included to the black racetrack theme from anywhere ITT (dunno the author). After the update i replaced the originial xml with this older one because of my edited settings. I can't help you with that actual issue and I am interested in a solution, too, for my further mods not to be limited to lo-stakes cashgames only^^.

confirmed, it worked. but i assume some of the more advanced mods where the layout.xml was modified would not.

That's no solution at all. The layout.xml defines the following of my modifications which will be set to default by replacing the mod xml with the FTP original:

- timer bar pos
- diodes pos
- ironman/mute symbol pos
- space between nickname and stack amount
- centering fonts to pod
- pod font size
- pod font color
- message color

Guess that's all.

You need to take a copy of the new (default) layout.xml and a copy of your old modified file. Search your old file for all the modified sections of code, and copy them from the old file and paste into the new file.

I usually only modify the backgrounds and basepods/timer sections. I copy each of those sections from my old file and paste it over the same section of the new file. The more sections you modify, the more you need to search (ctrl+f) for the sections to copy/replace.

If you don't already use it, I recommend Notepad++ for a text editor.

Hm... there was a threat of having to walk this uncomfortable way, but thx a lot anyway. I will upload a fixed xml as soon as I modified and tested it.

I was looking all over, is there a card mod for ftp to resemble the PS style?

Yea, finished my first own card mod -hi-res at least- and I can use it with TNFT, at least as well as with my former deck. TNFT doesn't detect the streets, but I am accustomed to this yet^^. The main thing is, TNFT enters bet amounts to the slider at all streets and doesn't produce error messages or endless long logfiles.

EDIT: sometimes TNFT does detect the street - thats's pretty confusing...



I made the font larger, as you can see - hope the icons (s,h,d,c) are not too small; for me they are not, since I'm playing each table in fullscreen mode. Btw, fits best to a dark/black theme, imo.

Hi-res only, as I told - but I guess you simply can copy the files to the lo-res folders, it should work (with the card backs it does). I don't need no lo-res but I'll try this out and tell you next time (why the heck do we need several res files for SCALABLE graphics, that's what I'm just wondering 'bout).

Also I remember in the past I had some plain yellow or green cardbacks if someone could post some cardbacks that would be great - I think the Bicycle etc ones look fantastic but I am just looking at a plain blue/green/yellow cardback which makes it easy for me to see who is still in the hand, they looked a little like the Brushed backs but were just a plain solid colour.
