Looking for rigged coin toss/chance app.

I have a bet with a friend if I can find a rigged coin toss or similar chance or gambling app. I'm aware there is intentional apps like that eg. ConCoin, but I need to find one that is allegedly legit, but is programmed poorly.
Perhaps there is someone who has experienced poorly done app like that?
