Looking for a Preflop Solver that can do the following

Allows me to put in game type all the way from 10 max to heads up, with custom stack size, bet sizes, rake % (very important factor for different sites and live games) and outputs optimal gto preflop ranges. Postflop is not that important since I can port these ranges into other postflop solvers.
I've been doing some research and it seems like only simple preflop and monka solver can do these calculations? What about the new PIO, can it handle multiway preflop? Which one would you suggest to handle my needs? Thanks and have a good day.
