SpadeEye is legal.
It currently has over 1000 customer.

Up to now no one complained about such a problem.
It would be pretty easy for Party to detect SpadeEye and give you a warning about the useage, but they don't.
Unfortunately i do not have the official Email from the PartyPoker support anymore, but be assured it is legal.
You can contact the PartyPoker support about that.
