Importing PS notes from PC to Mac?

I did a search, but nothing immediately obvious came up.

I have 1,000's of notes on my PC PS client, but do most of my computing on my iMac. Is there any way of importing these notes to my Mac PS client?

There is a 'note merger' for full tilt in this forum, but dont think it supports PS. You will have to do a bit of manual editing via copy/paste between the 2 notes.txt files.
