is there some program that will be always on top while I write something into it while play on pokerstars? (and then I copy from this program note to H2N)

You should be able to do this with most text editors I believe. I use https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ which has an '[x] Always On Top' setting in their 'View' menu to force it above all other windows and apps.

It works fine for me at PokerStars Michigan with HM3. There is nothing I can do to force the Stars table over top of the NP++ text editor.

Even when table require action? For me when table required action, then note editor was inactive so I must again click into it, and this is what I hate xd

Oh, I didn't fully understand what you wanted. Yes, you are still going to have to click back in the text editor if a Stars table steals focus (or after you act on any table).

You can disable the Stars setting that brings active tables to the front and it will allow you to keep typing in the text editor (instead of the Stars chat) but after you go and act on that table you will need to mouse back into the text editor to finish your previous note or write new notes.
