How long does the PostgreSQL install take?

I'm installing PT3, or at least trying to. I downloaded, and clicked yes when it asked if I wanted to install PostgreSQL. It hasn't done anything since in the last 1/2 and hour, though when I open the Task Manager, I note that my CPU Usage is running IVO %50, so it *may* still be installing.
Should I uninstall PT3 and restart, or is this normal?

You really should have asked this in the PT3 thread, IMO - or on the PT3 forums.
PokerAce would see this post a lot faster, if it were in the thread he is subscribed to.
And Yes, that is taking far too long.
