How to calculate 3-bet shoving ranges in MTT's and SnG's ?

Hey, I have worked a lot with SnG wizard so far and something that is missing from my play is that I am not sure about when its profitable to 3-bet jam 20-30BB. Are there any tools, programs available that help me to calculate that since I am second-guessing myself alot. I am definetly too tight or too loose in certain spots. Thanks in advance!
