I'm gonna come off as a serious HM hater but whatever. I neglected to mention this yesterday b/c in my mind there were other issues that trumped this one but here goes.

I just finished my first set of retesting HM (1.01) and I can say for sure that there won't be a second (at least not today or anytime soon). The HUD didn't crash, which is great, but performance was terrible. I'm sure this is the kind of issue that will go unnoticed to the low-volume recreational player, but while 12-tabling party with HM I can honestly say that performance was worse than when I do the same with PT2/PAHUD. Juk's SNG script became unresponsive at least a half-dozen times as did the Party tables themselves. I was under the impression that improved performance was one of the highest-priority items for all the nextgen trackers?

I still have the problem with the HUD that when I move over a player to get the detailed stats, all I get is a big black empty square, stats just dissapeared. It started with 1.0 after the HUD crashed the first time (out of many many). Installed 1.01 and still this black empty box. I play on Stars, using betpot AHK. I like HM a lot, but will not consider to buy before the HUD works properly. Hope to see a solution soon!

fwiw - That has happened to me a couple of times at Stars, and usually closing the Table Manager and re-launching TM will take care of it.

I've just bought the full version and i'm using Version 1.01.

When i close and re-open HM, stats in player preferences are reset - additional stats have been added over and above my set 4.

Also, with the mucked cards time, i used to be able to set it to 0, as i don't want to see mucked cards. This can't be done now, regardless if i close HM or not.

Any chance you can get my own stats to update with InterPoker 6-max sng's? You said there was a bug and would be fixed soon, but it hasn't.

Yes, i'm getting a "big black empty square" too when i click on the player stats.

relaunch HUD doesnt work for me
but stop auto-import close the HM, and open HM and start auto-import fix the empty black pop-up box for me.
the problem started could due to when I first started, I still have the Realtime HUD open.

are you going to update the hand replayer? i was disappointed that it had not been changed in v1.01 . the hud also crashes on ipoker when i multi table HU cash .

BOSS support anytime soon? Would be big advantage over PO and PT...

can you fix the replayer that I can actually see the hands? more then often it doesnt show the hands. And when it does it is only after showdown, and mostly then only from the winner. So irritating.

Hopefully this takes care of the HUD configuration issues once and for all. If you still have issues please delete your prefs.xml and start again with this version.

Now it is time to move on to some great new functionality, upgrade existing functionality and fix any remaining lingering issues.

* Fixed bug with popup designer color selectors
* Fixed bug that would cause additional stats to appear in your HUD view if you had fewer than the default number of stats
* Various possible crash situations fixed in HUD
* HUD will reload much faster if you already have a number of tables open
* Custom popups will now use the color you selected

At first I had the same issue with 1.02, deleted the prefs.xml file, which messed up stats position obviously, but still the black pop up. After closing HM and restarting the problem seems to be solved, hope it will keep on working!

i didnt check all prev. threads but i found out that if i double click the stat, the stat background will turn red, and it shows stat for current session only.....and the pop-up also shows current session only. cool~

BUG:
In the 'vs Player' tab. If you move the bar in the middle the "Min BB's Won or Lost: 20" isn't moving with the bar.

I don't know if it's already possible but I couldn't find out how.
If you add an alias to a player isn't it possible to show the stats of both playernames combined? Instead of choossing between them.

Post the reports/request here or on the HM Forum?

U have to go pick your created Alias Name from the Player List on any tab, such as Reports tab. If you set up the alias properly it will combine all hands from those various screen names, under the one alias name.

He would rather have them at HM Forums (he has said in the past) - as they are easier to find and search at the HM Forums, than looking through this one thread which will become inflated.

Registered, HUD reset to default. I realy don't want to spend the time customising it if it is going to keep doing that, so I'm just using real time. Has this been fixed yet? In other words should I customize the HUD now?

Are you using 1.02? If so have you tried deleting your prefs file?
