Thanks guys... I Just got HEM and was used to Realtime where you don't have to save positions so didn't know about that feature... Just tried it and it worked!

I haven't set parameters for all the stats because I wasn't sure on a few of them. Generally Blue is soft, red is tag/solid, and yellow is LAGish.

?? The positioning gets lost some times, but the general prefs should be there. Prefs.xml is the hud code, Pospref is for the main panel, Pospref2 is for the secondary panels. Scroll up and read my step by step, of how to save the positions, or try to fix the position problem.

LOL, it is prolly set to auto minimize to tray?? Look for 2 spades in the system tray. One is for HM, one is for Table Manager. You can single click it to bring up the table manager, you can also right click the icon in the tray, and 'save positions'.

RAR or ZIP up: prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt .

You could actually post the files code, using [code] tags, I just realized. But then they have to copy/paste the code, save as, etc. Easier to link a RAR of all 3 files, IMO.

Guys for the sake of your own sanity, leave HUDs for 6max. What do you need them for HU? If you don't know that opponent is too loose or double barrels a lot after a hundred hands, its not the kind of game you should be playing. And if you use datamined stats, they are only valid for the first 10-20 hands as gameflow overrides any numbers. And they may not even be true to start with.

k thanks, I didn't use a hud for the first I would guess 250k-300k hands, but i realized why not use something that can give me any extra advantage...and yes, it helps immensely.

He didnt zip up the right files. He forgot to include prefs.xml. He also included 2 unnecessary files (backups of old prefs.xml).

As posted, you need pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, and prefs.xml

If you paste all 3 of those files, into config, and start HM, you will have his hud. All he gave you was his position settings, and non of the stats, color ranges, etc.
