Setup for HU play

What font are you using for your stats? I like it.

I am using the stats Raise Flop Cbet and/or Fold Flop Cbet to Raise , can anyone tell me nice color ranges?

I don't have study this range, but to do that, go to HM and try to find winning players (big sample needed) and see how this stat look like. If for example, you see that on average it's X% for winning players, if you see an Y% which is totally different from another player, thus you can start doing some conclusion.

That is a good idea Al.

Only problem is, my DB is quite small and identifying winning players over small samples is difficult.

I used some of the HM article stuff to color code the usual stats like vpip, pfr, cbet etc. Unfortunately there is no article containing the stats i need

You will do a better job by using AF AFq and cbet%.

Here some ideas, but don't take my advice like truth.

For example, if you see a player (correct sample) you cbet 89% of the time, you can assume he can't hit everytime, thus a lot of his cbet are probably something like air, thus if you raise this guy, it's ok to assume that he will fold a lot of the time. The reverse is true, if you see a nit with (6max) 13/8 vpip/pfr and cbet 32% of the time, don't try to push him out!

Now, if you are the one who cbets and you are against a very passiv opponent postflop, say 0.8 AF and AFq 17% with 37/4 vpip/pfr, and this guy raises your TPTK on the flop, just fold!

In any case, be sure you do that with the correct flop texture.

Finally had a bit of a play around with my HUD and thought I'd share the end result:



Haven't bothered color-coding anything other than the usual VPIP, PFR & AGT, which I based on the ranges in Barry Tanenbaum's article on short handed LHE metrics, and the WIN/LOSS numbers. I might code some others further down the track but find a lot of the other HUDS I've seen that color-code everything start looking a bit crazy and prob lose a bit of meaning.

The steal and fold SB/BB to steal numbers have already come in handy, and cbet too, but I'm still getting a feel for how best to use the others and what sample size is needed before they're even worth looking at. Will most likely swap any I don't find useful in search of something better.

Al1 - tried to use the pop up stats you supplied but it wasn't working for me on FT - I replaced all the files in the config with your ones and the stats on the table themselves changed to your ones - however I was still getting no luck with the pop up stats - any suggestions?

Try looking harder and/or updating HM.
