HI,

I'm struggling to find where my hand history is stored for Ipoker. It doesn't give the option in the client to locate it and HEM3 isn't auto importing it seems!

Any ideas how to find the folder in my PC so I can manually insert it?

In the future post HM3 questions in the Holdem Manager Support thread in the Commercial Software sub-forum.

There is a FAQ on our site for IPoker. The standard location is - C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\skin\data\playerna me\History\Data but some of their client's save them in C:\Program Files\... or C:\Program Files (x86)\.... .

If you continue to have problems: Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

The FAQ does not answer my question.

It also says to not copy and paste the default folder. I don't see how this helps someone who cannot locate the folder?

Do you have any suggestions of how to find the folder?

You have to replace the 'username' in that path above and on the FAQ with your actual Windows User name for your computer. If you continue to have problems locating it you will have to contact the support for whatever IPoker skin/site you play at to see if they can assist you.

That hasn't worked either. Is it microsoft username or screen name from that site?

I'm using grosvenor new software but know its possible as I saw a streamer using it on there this week.

It is your actual Windows computer user name from C:\Users\ that was assigned to you by Windows when you created your user/login name.

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Nar mines not there. I went on live chat with Grosvenor support who were no help at all. They ended up sending me a link to PT4. FFS.

Did you try looking in C:\ or C:\Program Files\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\ for a \Ipoker or \Grosvenorfolder? Some of the IPoker clients write hands in those sub-folders still for some reason as I mentioned above. Beyond that I can't really help as I do not have access to that/any IPoker software from here in the states.
