HEM stats display all over the place

Stupid question,
I play on pokerstars and play all 9 man sit and go's, however when I run my HEM for the stats, it puts the incorrect stats for the player name i.e johnnyjohn might be in seat 8 but his stats are in seat 1 etc..
how do you set it up so this doesn't happen, I use perfered seating sitting in seat 9 so I'm sure that has something to do with it but I have selected that in HUD options as well so I'm not sure what else to do.
Love the software just looking for some insight.

I had the same problem on Gnuf with STT. I was able to fix it, but I ain't 100% sure how. I think it also had to do with the preferred seating; is there a chance that you've got the seat # wrong?
If you contact HEM support and get an answer, I'd love it it you could post it here, so I can know how to fix it if it happens again to me as well. Good luck!
