Full Tilt Shortcuts - new ahk script - Page 6 - Gambling and Poker Software Forum

dunno if this is normal or not, and Im sure it has to do with the % of pot info feature that I have active. But when I first go to hit the bet pot tab on full tilt or to enter a potsize bet, the bet pot tab freaks out and highlights multiple times freezing my ability to enter a bet for 3-4 secs, once your script aquires what percent of the pot it is that Im trying to bet, it calms down and is normal.

I have seen this in the past, but haven't seen it lately. Unfortunately I can't duplicate it now. I'll look into it.

Yes, I'm sure that if you turn off the Display Bet Info option, you wouldn't see the problem.

Can you tell me if you see this behavior at any other times...
Does just moving the mouse over this area cause the problem?
Does using the mouse wheel to change the bet size cause it?

Also please confirm that you are using version 0.36.

I turn off the option, the problem goes away. Im using version .36.

looked at it some more. scroll wheel works perfect. Its anytime that I bring the mouse over to the bet amount box or below it and around the bet buttons that it freaks out, pot tab flickers like crazy, the bet buttons flicker, etc. I turn off the Display Bet info freature, and the problems go away.

also FWIW, Im have not been able to get FixBet/BetAmount hot keys to work and they are set to F1-F5, same as the script came.

Do you have a Logitech keyboard?? Make sure your F-key lock is on....

seems like this would be easy to do, and it's really annoying to have to designate/remember a couple of extra buttons on my mouse for no reason. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? When I type XButton1 or whatever into both "Check" and "Call" it seems to work for one but not the other.

OK I remember another bug now; when I try to bet more than the pot, it doesn't work, or when I have less than the pot, it doesn't work.

For example. Pot is $800 on the river, I have $575 on the river and want to click my "Pot" mouse button to go all-in. It doesn't do anything.

Pot is $50, shortstack has $150 left and I have a flush draw. I want to click my "99x Pot" mouse button to overbet all-in. It doesn't do anything.

Random thing not sure if mentioned before.
Im using the default F1-5 keys for bet sizing. I click what I want then hit enter and it doesnt bet. I have to click somewhere on the screen and then hit enter or click the bet button with my mouse. Anyone else with the same problem? Quick fix for it?

In order for any of the Pot related functions to work, the little POT button has to be visible, so the script can get the value of the pot. From the sounds of it, you may not have had enough chips to make a pot size bet (since the pot was so large already). In these cases, Full Tilt does not show the pot button. You should be able to click on the All In (or Max) button to go all in, in these situations.

You can't put the same control into more than one box... I have it on the todo list to make a check/call and Bet/raise combo box for those of you who want to combine these functions.

I assume you are using version 0.36.

Since I can't duplicate this problem, would you mind trying something?
Make the following change to the script...

on line 260, change
PixTol := 2
to this
PixTol := 4

on line 266, change
ColTol := 4
to this
ColTol := 8

You can edit the script in Notepad.

Just downloaded the new version. Getting an error message when trying to open the program, starting with "error: call to nonexistent function." I attached a pic of the complete error box to your e-mail. The last version I had before this was 0.22 which starts up fine.

Full Tilt changed the button names with the last upgrade.

For a quick solution...

- Right click on the FTS file and go to EDIT (in notepad)
- Under the edit menu, choose REPLACE
- For Find What: put FTCButton18
- For Replace With: put FTCButton21
- Click on REPLACE ALL
- Close the notepad file and save it

That should do it.

For auto-post blinds, do the same thing as I listed above, only replace FTCButton30 with FTCButton33.

For Sit Out Next Hand, replace FTCButton29 with FTCButton32.

There may be more, looking now...

There are a bunch more; mostly for the action buttons.

If you guys have other problems, you can get the name of the button when it pops up using the autohotkey windows spy (located in the autohotkey program file folder) and by changing button names like we just did.

If you don't feel like being bothered, I guess you can just wait for the next version of FTS.

1. Full Tilt changed the name of many of their buttons.

I don't have time to fully test this now... Let me know if I missed any button name changes.
