Full tilt player transfer freezing client

So I am experiencing this not funny bug- when I press transfer it goes "Wait till we validate your account" or something, and then the whole client freezes and I have to kill task and restart ftp to get it to work. It doesnt end the process of account validation so I can't use transfer service currently. I had a day when it worked though so its some weird bug which comes and goes, but it is mostly here..

i had ftp freeze/crash twice in the last two hours. i never hit transfer, but it just did it for no apparent reason.
