Covert Ops, that's the exact same problem I have. Except I didn't word it well.
Please let me know whether you are using version 1.9 or not and that you have configured it in the new way.

Thanks.
I am using 1.9, but I didn't configure the HH location. I just did that now and it didn't seem to change anything. Out of curiosity, why is it even needed?
It's needed because the script determines the players at the tables by reading the hand histories.

Just so we're clear, we are talking about the lower right hand box, yes? This will show you the players at each table. But, you must select one of the table in the lower left box, so that it knows which table to display players for.

I have downloaded the latest AHK release as well as the latest version of your script. I am still having the same issues, as well as not, the script does not open tables properly. it just scrolls through the list and opens a random table (most of the time its not even the right limit)

Your help is greatly appreciated. I love this script
I know the table opening is not always working correctly and am working on fixing it.

But, I thought I had fixed the issue with the player list not showing up. When you say you have the most recent version of the script, are you using v1.9 (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...umber=11299331)? Also, please notice that the configuration of the script is now different. You need to tell it where your hand histories are being stored rather than where your Full Tilt software is installed.

Please let me know whether you are using version 1.9 or not and that you have configured it in the new way.

Thanks.
OH, I missed configuring it to where my HH's are stored. I'll fix that when I get home, and I'll report back on the results.

Thanks

If you're looking for steps on how to run the script, this will do it:

- Make sure that you have the Full Tilt software set up to save your hand histories.

- Download and install Autohotkey: http://www.autohotkey.com/download/

- Download FullTiltBuddies1.9.ahk and AHKArray.ahk from: http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/FullTiltBuddies

- Run the script (double clicking should open it now that Autohotkey has been installed)

- Configure the hand history path by selecting Options | Set Hand History Path.

- Start finding buddies

No. This is happens:
<ul type="square">[*]I go to Buddies &gt; Find Buddies to locate all my fishy friends.[*]I click on a buddy that is online at a table I want to join (upper left box)[*]I double click on the table (in the script, not FTP) to join it (upper right box)[*]Script messes up by scrolling through all the tables in FTP and then opening one at random.[/list]The way it worked before, properly, was that it would re-search for that buddy (through the Find A Player...), then Open the table from that window.

Thanks for the response on this, but we seem to have a bit of miscommunication. I understand the issue you are describing as far as the open table functionality is concerned. And I am working on a fix.

Just to clarify, when I said this:

I was just trying to get more clarification on the other issue you and CovertOps mentioned about:
Quote:
I'm having the same problem that I do not get any player lists for the tables I am sitting at.
Are you, or anyone else, having this problem still?

Ah. I don't think I have that problem, but I never use that feature. I always manually enter the person's name when I want to add them to my buddy list.

I've updated the script with a number of changes. You can find the most recent version at: http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/FullTiltBuddies

Changes made:

- Changed the open table by name logic. Rather than cycling through the tables in the Full Tilt lobby, it searches for the buddy and then opens the table from the Find Player window.

- Added ability to import buddy lists. Import file must be a text file, with each buddy being on a new line.

- Added ability to export buddy list in a format that can be imported to Sixth Sense.

Let me know how this works out for everyone.

How do I get the Game and limit filters to work? The only available option that shows up is all.

Off of the top of my head, I think you search for the buddies first, then the filters are automatically created to select from.

I've created a new version of the script with a number of changes. As always you can get the most recent version here:
http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/FullTiltBuddies

Updates in this version:

*Added ability to add a player as a buddy using the mouse while on the Full Tilt table. A buddy can be added by pressing Alt+LButton (the left mouse button) while on the box containing the player name and the stack size. NOTE: If the mouse is not correctly on the player box when Alt+clicking, the table background will be changed.
*Added option to turn on/off hotkey above. This option is selected by choosing: Options | Allow Add Buddy Using Mouse
*Updated Remove Buddy functionality so that Last Seen date is updated correctly. Previously when deleting a buddy, the Last Seen dates for other buddies would end up being incorrect.

Hi,

I am using version 2.1 and am getting the following errors:

1. The tables are listed on the left, but don't show any players on the right even when I click on the table.

2. The only thing I can think that changed is that I imported an older list of players into my existing list using the "import buddies" menu-item.

3. Prior to that, the players were listed, but were outdated in that some players had been at the table an hour before but had left and the new players were not listed.

Help please!

I was wondering why this thing hasnt been working. Looked through all the posts trying each solution. I didnt even think it was the update for I havent been on FT for a while. The only thing that works for me is the top right box, showing the buddies, as well as my tables. It wont do anything else.

if I click "find buddies" or whatever it is in FT buddies, it opens the table select menu in FT. If you close this and then open the "find a player" in full tilt menu, Full tilt buddies will then search through my buddies. This also works when I try to open a table using full tilt buddies.

Does anyone know if the new update has been compatible with the current up to date find buddies script, or do we have to wait for a new one to come out?

Sorry bout the delay on an update. I haven't been using this too much recently and hadn't noticed that the FT update broke the script. I'll do a quick check and upload an update. But you might have to give me a day or two
