Is there a final verdict on whether Full Tilt can do anything about buying hand histories? I know you cant datamine and they will ban you for that but can they do anything about you buying them. PS says they dont have the capacity to check that but datamining is illegal so it is fine there so I imagine its the same at FTP.

lol I wont wine to anybody because I havent purchased any yet and wont unless I know I wont have to worry. That is why I am asking you guys. Its not worth my whole role if they seeze my account and take my money. I only ask because stars has pretty much come out and said there is nothing we can do about it just dont datamine us. Wish FTP would do the same.

FT is really easy to datamine and they don't do anything about it fwiw.

Any chance you can explain via here or pm? I am guessing if they are easy to datamine they have know way of detecting that you have datamined hands.

It is very easy for FTP to know that you have your FTP client open, 16 tables open, and arent playing any hands. It's likely impossible for them to know if your database contains a ton of purchsed mined hands. That being said, it is very easy to datamine at FTP.

I dont mind buying them or obtaining them other ways then datamining because I know they can detect this fairly easily.
It doesnt appear anybody has gotten caught with purchased hands and got their accounts closed and I dont see anyway they can obtain this info but figured I would ask because I dont want to take a chance. Sounds like their is no definant word and since they dont give warnings I doubt I will buy any for the safety of my account. Just wondering what everyone thought.
