The combined shortcomings of PT4 and HM3 means you have to use both simultaneously? The combined shortcomings of PT4 and HM3 means you have to use both simultaneously?

Hello, I hope this is right place to post this.

I have been using HM3 for a while and have been generally quite content. It recently came to my attention, however, that is it not possible to graph chips won pr. tournament played. You can graph chips won pr. hand and prize money pr. tournament, but is not possible to "combine" these to graph chips won (and chipev) pr. tourny/SNG. Because of this shortcoming, I decided to give PokerTracker 4 a go, since I knew this tracking software allows for a c/t graph. While I was able to make the c/t graph in PT4, I then realized that it was not possible to bulk edit tournament/SNG results. As it was never a problem to bulk edit results in HM3 I had sort of taken it as a given that this should be possible. When you are importing hands manually from PartyPoker through "MyGame", which does not supply you with tournament summaries, it is necessary to manually edit these results in the tracking software, otherwise it just treats every single tournament as a net loss equal to the buy-in. While it is technically possible to edit the result of the tournies in PT4, you have to go through each and every one individually, and doing that for hundreds or maybe thousands of SNG's/Spins would be incredibly tedious.
I'm now looking a potential situation where I would have to use both trackers at the same time to actually see what I wanna see, which I doubt is the intention. Surely the intention is to use one or the other?

Questions: Are the above statements about PT4 and HM3 (and each of their shortcomings) correct, or am I missing some trick (I really hope it is the latter)? Does anyone else use both tracker at the same time, in order to compensate for each of their shortcomings?
