Chico hand history replayer/converter from standalone history.db file

A friend of mine gave me his tigergaming hand history file called "history.db".
I would like to use it for educational purposes.
Is there a way to replay those hands in the file or to convert them so PT4 or HM2 could read it?
Conventional Chico hand converters (KingsHandsChicoConverter, BetOnline Card Catcher, Advanced chico converter, Drive HUD 2...) are not working.
They're only working while playing, they are grabbing and converting hands while in play.
But none of them is able to convert hands from standalone history.db file for further review.
Any advice?
