I recently uninstalled Full Tilt Poker from my desktop to clear out my table mods. I've done this multiple times with no problems. However, now when I try to download ftp I get this error message.

Any suggestions?

More details:

-- When I try to download ftp from their website, it takes very very long to download (an hour or so) and never finishes.
-- I have tried rebooting and reinstalling and still hasn't worked.
-- I have a very fast computer, so that isn't the problem

I had this same problem, emailed tech support.

They said to clear your cookies, and download it again.

I don't know why, but it worked.
