Camstasia - Flash - Problems

Hi
I have produced a flash video with Camstasia. I have sent the zipped folder to one of my friends to have his opinion. He unzipped the folder, but he was not able to load the video. It tells him that his Java is disabled or that his version of flash is outdated. He d/l flash 9 and enable the Java on IE and Mozilla...yet he keeps receiving the same error message....Does anyone have a clue what to do?
