This should make all of you using Showdown EV and graphs of all in equity much happier as all hands should show up on this stat now.

As before every user will be prompted to download the latest update which we hope will be the last for a long time.

Remember to download the correct 32bit or 64bit version.

But I haven't had this problem with the free version. However, when I use your version, which I purchased some time ago before the free one was available, I cannot sort stats by table because your version does not include the exact table number like the free version. So I prefer the free version.

Hello,

I just recently downloaded and tried out your HH Converter. I'm interested in purchasing it, if I can correctly track my results on Cake Poker.
Now there seem to be some errors when importing converted hands to PokerTracker3, so that the Pot- and Betsizes are wrong displayed.

For example in this HH:

PokerStars Game #760011407000954: Hold'em No Limit ($0.10/$0.20) - 2009/01/29 12:35:09 ET
Table 'CakePoker_ Calgary' 6-Max 11407 Seat #3 is the button
Seat 1: asdf*** ($35.40 in chips)
Seat 2: donk*** ($21.05 in chips)
Seat 3: stan*** ($17.65 in chips)
Seat 8: Jaroz007 ($19.80 in chips)
Seat 9: M14P*** ($9.85 in chips)
Seat 10: Kaut*** ($20.30 in chips)
Jaroz007: posts small blind $0.10
M14P***: posts big blind $0.20
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Jaroz007 [Kd Kh]
Kaut***: folds
asdf***: raises $0.20 to $0.40
donk***: folds
stan***: folds
Jaroz007: raises $0.80 to $1.20
M14P***: folds
asdf***: calls $0.80
*** FLOP *** [Ts 4c 6d]
Jaroz007: bets $2.30
asdf***: calls $2.30
*** TURN *** [Ts 4c 6d] [Jd]
Jaroz007: bets $7.20
asdf***: raises $24.70 to $31.90 and is all-in
Jaroz007: calls $9,10 and is all-in
asdf***: shows [7d 5d]
Jaroz007: shows [Kd Kh]
*** RIVER *** [Ts 4c 6d Jd] [As]
Jaroz007 collected $37.85 from pot
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $39.80 | Rake $1.95
Board [Ts 4c 6d Jd As]
Seat 1: asdf*** showed [7d 5d]
Seat 2: donk*** folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 3: stan*** (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 8: Jaroz007 (small blind) collected ($37.85)
Seat 9: M14P*** (big blind) folded before Flop
Seat 10: Kaut*** folded before Flop (didn't bet)

The problem seems that there is a , instead of . so PokerTracker views my call as a 910$ bet, giving wrong results for the hand.

Thx for helping

What you posted is very rare error and only occurs in a line with all-in, calls and european windows settings. We will be releasing a fix for this tonight in version 1.0.15.0. You will be prompted automatically to download the newest version the next time you open the converter.

At your request we have added the table number to the Table name inside the quotation marks so that you can table sort by table number.
This will be released in version 1.0.15.0.

Recent Changes:

1) Some rare hands with an all-in were being converted with comma on European versions of windows this has been fixed.

2) When importing with HEM you can now sort by table name and number.

3) The converter speed has been upgraded dramatically and should run very quickly now.

Download Here

Note: All current users will be prompted to upgrade automatically upon running an older version and will be directed to the download page.

I downloaded the freeversion and I couldn't get the hands imported into HM.

Is this a known issue?

I tried reading through the thread, but after a while I am not sure who is responding since OPP is promoting the paid version.

I need some help.

What's the error?
02-02-2009 , 11:53 PM
I had a problem too.
I fixed it by
- changing the date from aaaa-mm-dd to aaaa/mm/dd
- replacing comas with dots in 0,5 -> 0.5

02-03-2009 , 12:01 PM
is this software legit or not??, im worried OP got banned i didnt realized this before, and i recently transfered money to his account and havent received any email confirming my activation or anything.
02-03-2009 , 12:20 PM
He was banned for violating 2+2's advertising TOS, I beleive. It shouldn't be taken as a sign that you won't be getting your license. I've never visited his website, but you might want to look there for contact information to send him an email.

Emails and activations take 12 - 72 hours to complete.

It's almost as if you want to push them into deleting all references to your software from this site.

No company is allowed to make for profit posts on 2p2 without buying an advertising package or sponsoring a forum. As a result our thread was removed and our accounts banned.

Our attempts at making an advertising deal that reflected the small income this software produces were refused.

The software and site will continue to be supported just do a google search for "Cake Hand Converter". The only thing that has changed is that we aren't allowed to mention our site's url or promote it on these forums.

We will try to answer basic questions and support users in this thread as much as possible here but for quicker responses please use e-mail.

This is a known issue as it can't handle different windows language settings.

the converter stopped working for me today, all my hands are coming up as observed hands, this happening to anyone else?
02-07-2009 , 05:35 AM
just as an FYI I bought the converter (mostly for convenience). It has worked well for me for the most part, but when I did run into a few problems and I gave them some suggestions their support has been fast, courteous and helpful.

Whenever you change your screename you must close the cakepoker client before playing on the new name. If you don't then the cakepoker client will not write the hand histories correctly and they will all look like observed hands.
