im so happy i stumbled upon this betpot script and it works wonderfully for me on Pokerstars, but not so much on Full Tilt

once every hour or so while playing Full Tilt, the whole site crashes on me while i am using betpot script playing 9 tables....it is such a pain in the butt dealing with this, but i love the script so much ive been just putting up with it for a couple weeks now...i am running the latest version of the script

5 bones shipped to whoever can help me fix this problem...sorry to be a cheap ass but its prob something real simple that can be an easy fix for someone with more experience using it

I used to use Betpot on fultillt and had the same problem.

If you are 9 tabling, you will love it. The Auto-Rebuy and BetPot functions are so sweet.

BetPot and FTS are both AHK... nanochip has obviously figured out a method to totally prevent FTP client crashes, that I to this date have not

I thought it was a very rare occurence now, however - newer FTP build have been considerably more stable.

If you can relay to me the *exact* occurrence that causes an FTP crash, I will at least have some way to debug / try to fix... FWIW I can never get FTP to bomb out these days using BetPot, but in the past this was a problem.

fozzy, tks for the suggestion of FTS....i played around with the trial version earlier and purchased it about 30 mins later


dave, i decided to buy FTS so i guess i wont need any help fixing the betpot script for FT....im not sure what exactly would cause the crash, but it always happened at the more frantic times when im doing a bunch of right clicking on diff tables....the little hourglass cursor would appear and then id get booted from FT and that gray box about "send or dont send" would pop up after FT closed (never actually read what that said because i was always racing to log back on)

your script will still be a godsend when multitabling Stars so i would like to send you a few dollars as a small token of appreciation...please tell me the account to send to on Stars, UB, or FT

Oh, I know why it happens - just don't have a reliable technique to prevent it If an AHK tries to click / read / interact with / edit a control (buttons, edit boxes etc.) on a table that no longer is visible on the table, FTP just bombs - terrible Win32 programming on their part.

I am extremely surprised if nanochip has found a *reliable* way of detecting/avoiding this - if so, I want to know how

You will not be disappointed - it does a great deal more than BetPot - FTS is the main reason I have not added any FTP pop-up handling to StarsPlanner

If you are mixing FTP and Stars tables at the same time, and wish to use BetPot & FTS together - remove the FullTilt table identification lines from BetPot (near the top of the script) - otherwise the scripts will conflict if you have the same buttons configured for bet amounts.
