I am sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find a response after using the search.

Anyone have good experience with the site Advance Poker Training? I am looking for some good realtime feedback on my game, which it looks like this fits the bill but is it too much "fluff" and not enough help? I play mostly 10NL online and $1/$2 live NLH. I know sites like GTO Wizard will probably be better off if I decided to move up to $2/$5 or $5/$10 live, but for my learning style APT seems to be the better approach, at least for now.

--I will add that I do know a "loose passive" bot can't fully represent a human playing in that spot, but the concepts behind this can help me apply and exploit my current pools.
