Adding HUD to Unsupported Site?

I have written a hand converter for an app that isn't supported by any of the tacking software available. Is it possible to display a HUD from any of those packages onto a specific Window?
Back in the day, I believe Holdem Manager had a "Table Finder" feature where you could manually select the particular Window that you wanted the HUD to be displayed on.
To be more clear, I can make the hand history the same format as, say, PokerStars (so that the hand history format is recognised by the tacker), but I want to be able to display the HUD on my Window of choice, rather than a [non-existent] PokerStars table.
