OMG someone please tell me they know how to stop this ****ing $150k Guaranteed popup. It seems to come up every single time I join or leave a table. Surely I have overlooked a client setting somewhere that kills this?!? Or please let there be a mod for this..

The betpot script is really bad at AP. Mouse keeps dancing around the screen everytime you hit your betpot button. Alse came up with some weird numbers from what i can recall.

btw does anyone else have AP betting different amounts to what you put in the bet box? There seems to be some weird rounding thing going on. Not sure in what way it is rounding but it blatantly just bets a different amount sometimes.

Anyone have a 6 max hud layout that I can have?

I can't get the table mods working . It doesn't ask me to replace the existing files. what am I doing wrong?

you renamed the extensions to .dat? If so you probably have file extensions turned off. Fozzy posted a screen shot a couple times in this thread i think that shows how to get the extensions to show properly.

I renamed the extensions to .dat and unchecked the file extension box as expalined by Fozzy. However, when I rename the fil to .dat it says: "If you change a file extension name, the file may become unusable". Sure enough it is unusable?!

I took a set of cards I found in this thread, and modified them a little bit, making them easier to recognize for me. However absolute returned a bunch of error messages before closing down when I tried to use them.
Does anyone know what the problem could be here? I'd love to use them if possible.

My mod of Fozzys deck:

Most likely you didn't save it as the same file type. AP uses Indexed bitmaps, which are 256-color. If you save it as a 24-bit bitmap or if you saved it in RGB mode in Photoshop it will not work.

Me again, I worked Fozzy's Deck over again, revived the colours making them brighter.

And then I got a question, maybe someone can help me. I usually play at betfair mainly, and I like their cards the most. So I made myself a betfair card mod. Unfortunately, and I dont have any clue why, the spades arent black, but opaque, as the image shows.



Any ideas why or how I might be able to fix it?

The AP software treats solid black as transparent. That's how come you can make a lot of the annoying graphics items disappear, like the check/fold markers. Just fill them in black and they're gone. So, when you make card mods you have to make sure there is no black in the body of the cards or you get holes in your cards. Just replace it with a very dark gray instead.

Well, card backs are separate from the card faces. There's a red, blue and yellow set of card backs scattered throughout this thread. Browse carefully and you should find them. I'd link you but I always have to remember how to link to a single post and I'm too lazy.

first off I wanna thank everyone that has contributed in this thread (especially Dilznoofus) as it has helped me get some mods going and I have absolutely LOVED them.

I've got a few inquiries.

I'm not all that good with knowing exactly how these setup files work and where they go and how it all works... but I am definitely competent with computers, and can easily figure stuff out if I'm guided. the stuff at the beginning of this thread is a bit outdated for how the AP setup is now, so thats why.

OK, heres the deal.

i have a deck that a friend just gave me, that was designed for use on Full Tilt. its a really awesome one, probably the most popular one that is being used right now. i have all of the card layouts that came with it uploaded so you can download them. i also have some chips that i believe came with it, but they are awesome too. they both are compatible and made for Full Tilt. i am wondering if one of you guys could use some of your magic and convert them and make them work for AP.

if this can be done i will be absolutely ecstatic and will transfer you some cash on AP for your troubles =)

Dilznoofus or any other ppl who know whats up with this, shoot me a PM so i can show you the deck and see if this can be done. i also will need instruction on how to install them.

after we have it perfected (providing that it works) we can post the deck in this thread for everyone to use.

i hope someone reads this and has the know-how because it would be absolutely awesome!
