Hey guys I'm having a similiar problemn. I'm using a 22" LCD monitor but when I resize the tables to 6-9+ using the "tile tables" button I barely can see the names/stacks of the players, altought I can clearly see the total pot/size of the bets.

Any suggestions on how to change/increase the font?

I'm pretty sure there is no solution for your problem other than having overlap or getting a bigger monitor. Stack sizes at the smallest sizes are pretty much impossible to read and will kill your eyes.

Check out dave's Stars Planner AHK script for saving custom layouts. It works for AP, but you will have to configure the tables using Pokerstars. And you must be logged in to have the program work at AP. With it you can configure a table layout with some overlap that will place your tables where you want them and what size you want them. I just tried 3 tables across 1680 pixels in the smallest size possible that still uses the second-to-smallest deck size. The overlap is not too bad, and the stack and cards are very readable.

anybody have a keyboard redirect script that works with AP?

when i'm trying to write notes on opponents, every time its my action on a table, it takes the damn cursor away, and puts me on life tilt.

No scripts that I'm aware of. And yeah, it's incredibly annoying.

Bumping to let you guys know that if you see me at the tables, my chat is blocked per my request. So I won't be able to say hi or anything.

edit : i did download a few... then copy pasted it in the right folder... over write each time i tried a new one.... nothing works... still the same old skin.

Did you read this thread from the beginning or try the "Search This Thread" feature? IIRC, Dilznoofus made one of those, back near the beginning of the thread.

If you are failing to get the mods to work, first read through the thread again very carefully. I guarantee the mods work. I have answered the same questions several times.

As for the zip folders, if you can't get them to work per the instructions just extract the folders/files to your desktop, open your AP folder and figure out where the files on your desktop match up to the files in your AP folder. Then paste them there.

There is a BBJ blackout download in this thread that makes the numbers just a black strip (invisible if you have a black background). It doesn't help with the memory hogging but it makes it easier on the eyes.

Do these mods help with the random focus stealing and memory hogging that AP does?

Dont think soo ike. But you could try with the TweakUI from MS. Just google , and click the focus button. Not sure but you could give it a try.

Yeah these are graphics-only mods. I only wish I knew how to fix the other stuff.

I don't think my original BBJ ticker blackout works on the resized tables. Maybe they made those new in an update I missed, I dunno.

There are two files. One is a simple installer which is easier if you trust that I'm not sending you a virus. The other is a .zip folder that you can extract and figure out. It does have basic instructions though.

Retouched Black Mod. Download the zip, extract the data folder, paste it into C:\Program Files\Absolute Poker.

It should ask you if you want to overwrite originals. Hit yes and it should work. Make a backup of your stock files in case you don't like it.
