Ok theres the deal: I just got a brand new computer and monitor(30''). I want to start playing poker on the damn setup but I can't for the life of me figure out why I can't get my RT HUD working. I copied my HH folder from laptop onto a cd and got my HH folder on my new computer. I downloaded Realtime Hud and created a database from archived hh's so thats done. The folders look ok. However when I turn it on during a poker session, the table will show up for a split second and disappear. Sometimes it will say "failed to create HH button, failed to create mucked, or failed to find overlay6." Very confused and need to get this working ASAP. Anyone who can help me I will transfer you 50 bucs on stars.

If your are running Vista try either run as administrator or disable UAC (User Access Control).

This fixes 95% of all oddball problems with Vista machines.

Have you set the program to "Run as Administrator" (if you're using Vista)

In order to set Vista up to run as administrator do the following:

By using the Run as Administrator option you can allow this application to run once without the need for full administrator privileges.

1/ Locate the applications icon or short cut and Right click on it

2/ From the Drop Down Menu select the Run As Administrator option

3/ Now click the application icon or short cut and it should run

4/ When the User Account Control (UAC) message appears enter the appropriate credentials if you are logged on as a standard user, and click the Submit button

5/ If you are the Administrator and UAC is not configured to always require credentials, just Click the Continue button and the application should start.

To disable the UAC:

1. Open Administrative Tools in Control Panel

2. Double-click on System Configuration

3. Click Continue to accept the UAC prompt

4. Select the Tools tab

5. Scroll down and select Disable UAC

6. Click Launch

7. Reboot your machine
