Hi:

I'm trying to set up poker tracker to analyze my absolute poker stats. The problem is that absolute is not saving my hand histories. I opened a bunch of limit holdem games to begin getting hand histories stored. I went to a table - clicked hand history in top left - options - and had the box CHECKED for save my hands history (this was already done). The hand histories were being saved to C:\Program Files\Absolute Poker\HandHistory\"my account name "

Yet that file is completely empty and no hands are being saved in there. WHY????? Please help me, I cant figure this out.

So obviously, when i try to start timer in auto import in PT for absolute it says "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import."
because the hand history file under absolute program files is empty.

All i know to tell you is, click on My Account, select hand history, and open my hand history files

Then when it brings up that window, click where it says, Open

Make sure it's going to the right folder by starting at the desktop and movine forward

Then check on poker tracker where the uploaded files (not the outload files are) and make sure it's the same.

Start there

I dont understand this last part. I apologize im not great on computers. But I dont think that is the problem because when i go to my computer - local dick (C - program files -
absolute poker - hand history folder (which was automatically created by absolute after the first hand was played) the hand history box is completely empty. No hands are making it to there.

Even if you dont know the answer, I really do appreciate your help.

Thank You

If you have got windows vista you have to turn off you "admin" control. I will elaborate further if you confirm your use of vista.

Open absolute poker client, then go to my accont w/e and click that it saves the hand histories. Then open pokertracker, open the absolute import window, left up corner there is "hand history folder location" click that and make it the same folder where absolute poker saves the HH's.
